Account deletion

Rostermind users can request deletion of their Rostermind account and associated app data.

How to request deletion

Send your request to support@rostermind.com using the email address associated with your Rostermind account. Include the name of your organization or workspace if you know it, so we can identify the correct account.

Data deleted or anonymized

When we process an account deletion request, we delete or anonymize account data associated with the Rostermind mobile app where applicable, including profile information, authentication-linked account data, mobile device push tokens, scheduling activity, attendance activity, messages, and location data used for attendance.

Data we may retain

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, contractual, operational, or regulatory obligations. If retention is required, we will explain the relevant data categories and retention period where applicable.

Processing time

We review deletion requests and process them within a reasonable period. We may contact you to verify your identity or confirm the account before completing the request.
