The base price covers ten workers each day, even for a smaller team. Above ten, the extra-worker rate is the same for all three plans. The base is not repeated per branch.

QuickBooks: one connection included, even with Essential
Connect your own QuickBooks account. Match workers, customers and services, then send approved hours as time activities. This does not send salary amounts, pay workers or replace payroll software. Invoice export to QuickBooks is not included in this workflow.
Each additional accounting connection: CA$15/month. Your external software subscription is separate. No other accounting provider is advertised as available here.

Who counts as a worker?
An active, schedulable person billed to the relevant payer. Non-schedulable administrators and customer locations are not billable workers. The same person is not counted twice on the same day for the same payer.
What if my team changes during the month?
Extra workers above the ten included are calculated by day in the contract time zone. A started day counts once; removal reduces cost from the first fully inactive day. The base price does not decrease below ten.
When are adjustments charged?
Small adjustments may be grouped at renewal. Depending on the accumulated amount and account limits, an interim payment may be required before new paid access opens. A credit reduces a bill; it is not an automatic card refund.
Can I add an option for a few days?
Business options have a minimum of 30 calendar days. The end date and adjustments are shown before confirmation. Moving to a plan that includes the option does not charge it twice.
Does a plan give every employee every permission?
No. The plan or option makes a feature available to the company; each person’s role and data scope control what they can view or change.
Is there a permanent free plan?
No. Trials are temporary and their terms are specified in the application. Prices here are monthly. No automatic annual discount is advertised.
Example: Operations grows from 90 to 100 workers
A 30-day cycle with 15 days remaining and the initial monthly bill already paid: CA$499. The ten added workers cost CA$20 for the rest of this cycle. The new monthly amount is CA$539. If the adjustment is deferred to renewal, the next bill is CA$559, then CA$539 per month if nothing changes. No options, tax, discounts or other credits.
