Data deletion requests
This page explains how Rostermind users can request deletion of some or all app data without deleting their Rostermind account.
How to request data deletion
Send your request to support@rostermind.com using the email address associated with your Rostermind account. Include the name of your organization or workspace if you know it, describe the data you want deleted, and state that you want to keep your account active.
Data that can be deleted or anonymized
Where applicable, Rostermind can delete or anonymize app data associated with your account, including profile or contact information, mobile device push tokens, scheduling activity, attendance activity, messages, and location data used for attendance.
If your Rostermind account is managed by an employer, customer, or organization, some operational records may be controlled by that organization. We may need to coordinate with the organization administrator or direct you to them for certain requests.
Data we may retain
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, contractual, operational, or regulatory obligations. If retention is required, we will explain the relevant data categories and retention period where applicable.

Processing time
We review deletion requests and process them within a reasonable period. We may contact you to verify your identity or confirm the account before completing the request.
